New customers pay a 50% deposit to book, and the rest when the lights are up. Returning customers pay when the lights are up. Credit card, debit card, Venmo, or cash. Cash is preferred, since it helps us avoid card fees, and we're happy to coordinate a pickup or drop-off. Card payments include a 3% processing fee.
As early as you can — October gets the most date choices. Installs are scheduled in the order customers book, and most customers want their lights up before Thanksgiving.
Yes. We supply commercial-grade lights with a 3-year warranty, sized for your roofline, trees, and yard. You don’t have to buy, test, or untangle anything.
Yes. Takedown is part of the service: we come back in January and take everything down. We also offer FREE optional storage, so your lights are ready for next season — no attic tangle next November.
You’re covered. WinterWorks includes two free service visits during the season if wind, snow, ice, or a storm knocks your Christmas lights down or makes them go out. Just call or text (806) 414-5237 and we’ll come back out and get your holiday lighting shining again.
We do both, depending on the time of year. From November through January, WinterWorks provides seasonal holiday lighting: we install your lights, keep them glowing through the holidays, then take them down, with FREE optional storage until next season. From February through October, we offer professional, competitively priced permanent lighting installation.

You do. Your first year covers the lights plus the install. After that first season the lights are yours, so every year after you only pay for labor: hanging and takedown. Storage is FREE and optional — if you choose it, we keep your lights stored and labeled for your house.
